Mail Server Problems

I seem to be having server problems.  I have not received any outside mail 
except sporatically since 12Dec97.  You may wish to try pwhittak*cha,ab,ca 
or pwhittak*mercury,uah,ualberta,ca.  I don't know what else to say as Info 
Systems here don't know what's wrong.  Sorry for the confusion.  I really 
miss the postings and I fear I'm really behind.  Randall says that he sent 
to both *sol and *mercury, as sol is presently bouncing traffic, but mercury 
isn't.
