I think I can help.  Obviously, nobody paid any attention to my few
contributions to the list, I can see! ;-) (j/k) I recently did a complete
listing of all of the new Vulcan words from VOYAGER episodes, including
"Blood Fever."

First of all, <Koon-ut> has never meant "place of" in the minds of the
Paramount writers.  It is translated as "marriage."  The old <koon-ut
kal-if-fee> is translated by the writers as "marriage or challenge."
<Koon-ut so'lik> is translated as "marriage proposal."  So, breaking it
down...

Koon-ut: marriage
kal-if-fee: challenge
so'lik: proposal
