The Phrase "Koon'ut'su'lik

How would you language gurus translate koon'ut'su'lik (sp?).  This is when 
Vorik proposed marriage to Torres on "Blood Fever".   Would "koon'ut" mean 
"place of" as in koon'ut'kalifee?
