Well, since that was spelled according to the Lexicon transliteration I would pronounce it where the th represents the "te ha" sound you mentioned. However, you don't need to exaggerate it much. If you speak American English, many of our t get aspirated. Like at the beginning of the word "type". It's a very understated kind of distinction to English speakers as we don't make a meaningful distinction between a t and an aspirated t.
