C'THIA PRONCIATION

I'm a little unsure how to pronounce c'thia.  Do you pronounce the "th" as 
you would for "the", or is it more like "te ha"?  I know in alot of 
languages, "th" as in "the" is not present.  Is it in Vulcan?
