Well the values seem much the same so I think we're on the right
track with this:

Vowels in the Vulcan Dictionary:
 i= 80 %=0,07    e= 57 %=0,05    ^=  0 %=0,00    a=177 %=0,16

So you can see the percentages generally stay in the same range, 
but some of the minor vowels come up a bit.

Here we can see where some of the consonents in the dictionary 
overwhelm the rest - probably due to the small sample size in the
dictionary. I definitely think that the second run seems more 
representative of the distribution of sounds. 

The bigger we can make the sample the more accurate our distribution
will be. So, everyone please pour thru the dictionary and lexicon and 
come up with a phrase not in Sauls list, we can get better sample sizes.
Several words in the dictionary did not show up in Saul's phrase list
so we need to get some phrases with those words especially.

Then as soon as we finish hashing out the phonemic constraints
we can start building a vocabulary. Keep hope we're getting closer.
