Hi all,

I think I have a good replacement for the /'/ and /th/ 
characters, and I have letters for /w/ and /ts/ now. I have the 
new /th/, /'/ and /w/ characters here:

but I haven't scanned the /ts/ yet. I also rewrote some of
the vulcan phrases so you can see how the new characters look:
