It's an open list, if that's what you mean. I've forgotten the process
details, but I imagine they match those for subscribing to vulcan-l, and
those should be in the FAQ.

Speaking of which, it might be useful to add mention of vulcan-linguistics
to the a,f,s/vulcan-l FAQ as an additional resource.
